It turns out that having a body type that easily gains weight is like this; how to force yourself to lose weight!

Must read

This is what it means to have a body type that easily gains weight, and how to force yourself to lose weight!

What is an easy weight-gain body type?

This needs careful contemplation; one must look at the essence through phenomena. If you don’t understand, it’s easy to remain overweight. An easy weight-gain body type means you eat the same amount as others, yet while others stay slim, you get fat. Frustrating, right?

I conducted extensive comparisons and observations, and of course, engaged in in-depth learning. I found that my metabolism is indeed poor, influenced by several underlying reasons.

I have a particularly large belly that I can’t reduce no matter what I do, a layer of fat piled up like a beach ball. In the past, I tried many methods: starving, exercising, taking weight-loss pills, but none worked. I just kept gaining weight regardless.

It wasn’t until I truly learned that I discovered my body tends to be cold, which stimulates my brain to constantly add fat to cold areas, just like the fish in the Arctic—all are fat fish in cold water. This is a mechanism of biological self-protection.

I have the following characteristics:

1. A big belly, thick legs, and a back covered in fat.

2. Cold hands and feet, feeling cool even in summer, generally afraid of the cold.

3. Oily hair and rough skin; essentially, I tend to produce excess oil.

4. Frequent diarrhea; this has been a long-term issue, and I particularly love drinking cold water.

5. Tired, exhausted, and not fond of moving.

6. White and greasy tongue coating, with many teeth marks on the sides.

7. Low body temperature, sometimes measured at just over 35 degrees.

If one with an easy weight-gain body type wants to lose weight, it can be quite challenging if the effort isn’t made at the fundamental logical level—speaking from personal experience.

I’ve lost 34 pounds now, taking a year to achieve this. Don’t think it’s all due to dietary adjustments; my main focus has been on dispelling the cold. I drink ginger water daily to feel warm and persist in foot soaks—every effort returns rewards.
