Remind male friends: Three things that the prostate “fears”, hoping to do less

Must read

Men have a unique organ, which is the prostate. It is located deep inside and is generally difficult to touch, yet it is crucial for men. First, let’s understand the anatomical position of the prostate. It is located between the bladder and the urethra, surrounding the base of the entire urethra, resembling somewhat like a chestnut.

The prostate is where men secrete hormones, and its health is closely related to the overall physical condition of men. However, as men age, the prostate will age, and its function will decline. Therefore, many men experience prostate enlargement.

However, once men develop prostate enlargement, many are reluctant to visit the hospital, considering it a difficult topic to discuss due to their “face,” often neglecting it. Over time, instead of improving, prostate enlargement worsens.

So, what symptoms can men expect when they have prostate enlargement? Let’s briefly understand:

â‘  Frequent urination, urgency, pain, waiting for urination, etc.;

â‘¡ Urination is not smooth, feeling as if something is blocking;

â‘¢ Dripping urine after urination;

â‘£ Increased night-time urination;

⑤ Urine stream becomes thinner…

Reminder to male friends: Three things the prostate fears, if you are still doing them, correct them as soon as possible:

First: Fear of pressure

Due to the more hidden location of the prostate, many habits can lead to pressure on the prostate, such as prolonged sitting or cycling. Many believe that cycling is good for exercising, but prolonged cycling increases the chances of prostate enlargement. This is because the bicycle seat presses on the prostate, leading to prostate congestion and possible symptoms of edema, inducing prostate enlargement.

Second: Fear of cold

The prostate is also sensitive to cold. Prolonged contact with icy ground or sitting on cold stones can chill the prostate. This can lead to blockage of the glandular follicles and tiny ducts, causing prostate congestion. Prostate secretions cannot be discharged timely and accumulate within the prostate, leading to prostate enlargement.

Third: Fear of holding urine

Urinary retention regardless of the cause can lead to the accumulation of toxins in the bladder, triggering urinary tract infections, compromising prostate health, and causing problems such as prostate enlargement and hypertrophy.

If men develop prostate enlargement or other prostate issues, it poses significant risks to both physical and mental health,
thus, active adjustment in daily life is essential.

Men should engage in regular physical exercise:

Exercising promotes overall blood circulation in the body, improving local blood circulation in the prostate, which is beneficial for prostate health. Therefore, men should exercise regularly, including activities such as jumping rope, Pilates, yoga, running, push-ups, squats, etc. Persist with 30 minutes a day, not only will your physique become stronger but also better protect against prostate enlargement.

Men can also eat more pumpkin seeds:

Research in the United States has found that pumpkin seeds are rich in vitamin E. Therefore, consuming a handful of pumpkin seeds daily can reduce the frequency of urination, resist aging, prevent prostate enlargement, and support prostate health.

Men can also drink more prostate tea:

If men have insufficient water intake daily, the frequency of urination decreases, leading to the accumulation of toxins and waste in the urinary tract, increasing bladder pressure, alleviating prostate enlargement. Therefore, men should drink at least 1700ml of water daily, preferably consuming teas beneficial for prostate health, such as dandelion, Chinese yam, raspberry, cloves, mulberry, goji berry, gardenia, bamboo leaf, buckwheat combined to make dandelion clove tea. Suitable for men with prostatitis and prostate enlargement to consume long-term.

Prostate enlargement is more common in middle-aged and elderly men, but nowadays, more and more young men are affected. Therefore, men should pay attention to certain details in life from a young age to maintain prostate health.
