4 types of “contraceptive methods”, if the 3rd type can be used more, it may help couples get along “harmoniously”.

Must read

With the opening of the two-child policy, most families already have a second child. We all know that the current policy does not allow for a third child. Therefore, after giving birth to the second child, both spouses need to take contraceptive measures if they want to engage in sexual intercourse. This is to prevent another pregnancy. Below are 4 common contraceptive methods. However, some methods may have some impact on our bodies, especially among these four methods. It is best to use the third contraceptive method because it helps promote harmony and health between the spouses.

Using the “third contraceptive method” more may help spouses get along “harmoniously.”

1. Contraceptive pills

We all know that many couples, in order not to affect the quality of their sexual life, may choose to use contraceptive pills after intercourse. It is believed that long-term use of contraceptive pills by women can have a significant impact on their bodies. Long-term use may lead to menstrual disorders, infertility, habitual abortions, and an increased risk of fertility issues. Clearly, this method is not the best as women pay with their health.

2. Safe period

Many people choose to engage in sexual intercourse during the safe period to not affect the quality of their sexual life. However, the chances of women getting pregnant during this time are relatively high. If women do not regularly take care of themselves and experience menstrual irregularities or disorders, their safe period will not be accurate, increasing the chances of pregnancy.

3. Condoms

I personally believe that couples should use common condoms in daily life as a contraceptive method. Though this may cause some distance between the spouses during intercourse, it has no impact on the health of either party. It helps protect women’s health, prevents sexually transmitted infections, and bacterial transmission.

4. Intrauterine device (IUD)

After giving birth to the second child, many women choose to undergo IUD insertion as a long-term contraceptive method. We know that IUD insertion has a significant impact on women and their uteruses. Using an IUD does not provide 100% contraception and may increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy.

This is where my sharing ends. Thank you for reading and supporting. I believe using the third contraceptive method can truly help couples.
