The popular “warm contraception method” is based on this principle. Therefore, excessive and prolonged hot baths can also harm male health. Generally, taking a hot bath 1-2 times a week for not too long is harmless.
4. Staying up late, inadequate sleep.
The biological clock governs the endocrine system of the human body. Research shows that the endocrine function is more vigorous at night. Spermatogenesis also occurs mainly at night. If normal rest is not obtained at night, endocrine disorders and spermatogenic dysfunction may occur. Therefore, frequent late nights can affect male health and lead to a decline in male physiological functions.
5. Irregular “life”.
If intercourse is too frequent, it can cause abnormal congestion of the “organs” and may induce some reproductive system diseases, affecting kidney essence. Prolonged abstinence can also lead to kidney essence deficiency and a decrease in sperm cell quality.
