When it comes to menopause, we often think of female friends, as this is a unique experience for women. Many people may not have considered that menopause is not exclusive to women; even men cannot avoid it. With age, various bodily functions of men will also decline, reducing the chances of their wives conceiving, as the production of sperm in the body also decreases significantly. Men will also experience something similar to women, known as the “andropause.”

Do men experience “andropause”? Reminder: Three things you need to be aware of, “andropause” may come sooner or later

As men age, various bodily functions decline, metabolism slows down, and the chances of men impregnating their wives diminish. This outcome is not solely due to age but is also closely related to men’s lifestyle habits. Unhealthy habits can have an impact on men’s physical health, making it harder to conceive even if they desire children.

Natural aging makes it much harder for men to conceive children. With age, men experience a decline in bodily functions, including a decrease in the ability to impregnate their wives due to age. Especially for those with weak bodies, the ability to impregnate their wives may decline earlier or even disappear prematurely. If men want to exude more masculinity, it is recommended to exercise regularly, such as climbing or jogging, as this can effectively slow down the body’s aging process.

Improper posture and diet. Compared to women, men tend to have rougher personalities and often pay less attention to details in life, such as sitting still for long periods, crossing legs, etc. Additionally, men tend to eat quickly, indulge in spicy foods, and stay up late, which can decrease their physical fitness and affect communication with their wives. Moreover, men often overlook their weight, and being excessively overweight is detrimental to health.

Smoking and excessive drinking. Many men have social obligations, where they may smoke and drink excessively, impacting their health. Smoking must be stopped before trying to conceive, as the harmful substances in tobacco can affect men’s health and make it challenging for their wives to conceive. Similarly, excessive alcohol consumption also hinders men on their journey to parenthood.

In conclusion, men should acknowledge their mistakes, engage in activities like climbing or jogging regularly as part of their routine, or any other preferred physical activity at least five times a week for at least half an hour each time. Furthermore, they should avoid prolonged sitting, smoking, and drinking, maintain a moderate eating pace, avoid overeating and spice-laden foods. Tight pants are not flattering and should be avoided, contributing to an environment where wives can conceive more easily.
