Men are very afraid of “no”! What bad habits should be changed as soon as possible?

Must read

Most men maintain good physical condition and can perform well in sexual activities without experiencing erectile dysfunction or ejaculation disorders. However, not all men can achieve this, as some may struggle with performance in marital life, failing to provide a harmonious and fulfilling experience for their partner. If this is the case, self-reflection is necessary, as it could be due to many unhealthy behaviors harming the body.

1. Prolonged Sitting:
Men should avoid sedentary behaviors to prevent a decline in sexual function. Engaging in physical activity while maintaining health can be beneficial. Proper exercise not only prolongs lifespan and controls weight but also enhances resistance. Additionally, getting up and moving around frequently helps maintain good ventilation and blood circulation in the private area, preventing overheating and moisture, ensuring energetic sperm, maintaining health, and improving fertility and performance in marital life.

2. Excessive Indulgence:
Balancing sexual activities and controlling frequency is crucial for both satisfying physiological needs and promoting health. Some men overlook this and indulge excessively, leading to frequent overindulgence which continually drains the body. This not only consumes a lot of physical energy but also deteriorates mental well-being, leading to fatigue. To maintain health and quality of marital life, it is vital to arrange sexual activities properly based on the body’s condition, controlling frequency to enhance quality.

3. Smoking Excessively:
Decreased sexual performance and virility in some men are actually related to long-term heavy smoking. Smoking, although seemingly insignificant, is linked to various diseases. During the combustion of tobacco, carbon monoxide is released and continuously inhaled, affecting the body. Additionally, tar, nicotine, and other harmful components circulate through the blood during smoking, damaging not only the lungs but also blood vessels and the reproductive system. Refraining from smoking is necessary for proper upkeep.

4. Alcohol Abuse:
Long-term alcohol abuse poses significant harm to the body, as alcohol is a carcinogenic substance. Individuals who excessively consume alcohol are at a higher risk of stomach, colon, or liver cancer. Alcohol metabolism affects the production of testosterone, leading to hormonal imbalances. Alcohol also impacts the nervous system health, accelerates vascular disease, and triggers chronic illnesses, increasing the risk of premature ejaculation, impotence, and other male issues. Many men experience decreased fertility and sperm vitality due to prolonged alcohol abuse.
