Men should try to do fewer of these “harmful” things, otherwise, it will make the kidneys fall into a “declining trend.”

It is well known that the world is divided into yin and yang, with females being yin and males being yang. The yang energy in a man’s body is the most abundant. In situations where the yang energy is relatively abundant, the kidneys in men’s bodies are generally considered to be relatively healthy. A healthy kidney function can secrete many male hormones, thereby promoting overall health. All men must remember to do fewer of these things. Even if you want to, you must stop doing these things!

1. Frequently staying up late

As times progress, we are accelerating our pace to adapt to the rapidly developing world, which brings us significant pressures in life and work. Consequently, many people have started staying up late and pulling all-nighters. We all know that staying up late is harmful to our bodies. Staying up late can disrupt the body’s rhythm, affecting physiological regularity, and ultimately impacting normal yang energy.

2. Prolonged sitting and holding urine in daily life

Many of us now work in offices, requiring us to sit in chairs for long periods, possibly exceeding 12 hours at a time. We cannot escape from computers, which emit radiation that affects our bodies. Even at noon, we may only be able to eat takeout, lacking sufficient nutrition supply. This work situation prevents us from even stepping out of the company’s door, increasing the time we spend sitting in chairs. Prolonged sitting can harm our bodies, slowing down blood circulation, affecting the health of male kidneys, and disrupting normal kidney function. Prolonged sitting not only leads to renal function failure in men but also increases the risk of men developing prostatitis.

3. Sauna

When taking hot baths or sauna sessions, the temperature is usually much higher than our usual bath temperature. These high temperatures help accelerate blood flow, providing certain benefits to relieve fatigue. Occasionally using sauna is good for our bodies, but regularly using sauna or soaking in hot baths can gradually increase the temperature of the prostate, negatively affecting male prostates. Long-term sauna sessions and hot baths not only harm the body itself but also affect sperm count and quality, impacting future generations.

4. Frequent sexual activity

In modern life, many men cannot control their sexual desires and tend to increase the frequency of sexual activities naturally. However, it is crucial to remember that excessive sexual activity diminishes male yang energy, leading to bodily harm. Excessive sexual activity can result in mental fatigue, lower back pain, and other related issues, and in severe cases, it can cause premature ejaculation due to insufficient kidney energy. Therefore, men must remember not to overindulge in sexual activities and learn to restrain themselves.
