No boyfriend, where does gynecological disease come from? In fact, it may very well come from these few aspects.

Must read

When it comes to gynecological diseases, women are very familiar with the phenomena. Normally, after having sexual intercourse, the chances of contracting gynecological diseases increase.

However, some young girls are experiencing gynecological diseases, which makes them very confused. They wonder how they can have such diseases without a boyfriend. In fact, it may arise from these aspects:

Why would a woman get gynecological diseases without a boyfriend? It may be due to these things not being done properly:

Firstly, not paying attention to hygiene during menstruation! For girls, menstruation usually occurs between the ages of 12 and 16. Menstruation is an indicator of women’s health. If women do not maintain hygiene during menstruation, such as not changing sanitary pads frequently, not changing underwear frequently, not paying attention to the cleanliness of the external genitalia, and engaging in intense physical activities during menstruation, these habits and behaviors can affect a woman’s vaginal health, leading to gynecological inflammatory issues. Even without a boyfriend or sexual activity, you can still be susceptible to gynecological diseases.

Additionally, improper use of antibiotics! Some women who feel serious health issues might self-administer antibiotics, which can disrupt the vaginal flora balance, reducing the vaginal antibacterial ability. This imbalance can make women vulnerable to bacterial infections, resulting in gynecological diseases.

Lastly, not paying attention to the hygiene of public toilets! For some young girls, many people do not maintain proper hygiene and think they are young with strong immunity, becoming reckless. Public toilets, especially, are high-risk sources of bacteria and pathogens for females. When using public toilets, it is advisable to avoid sitting toilets as much as possible.

Women prone to gynecological diseases:

Women who love sugary foods – Many girls enjoy consuming sugary foods. If you consume sugary foods regularly, it may lead to increased blood sugar levels, weight gain, high blood sugar, or diabetes.

Consuming sugary foods for a long time can create a favorable environment for vaginal bacteria growth, making it easier to develop gynecological inflammatory issues, especially vaginitis.

Women who love wearing tight clothes – Women often desire a better body shape and prefer wearing tight-fitting clothes like jeans or leggings. Despite looking beautiful, these excessively tight clothes reduce ventilation, hindering the evaporation of bodily secretions and sweat. This can promote the growth of bacteria and increase the likelihood of women developing gynecological inflammatory issues.

Women who are overly hygienic – Some women are exceptionally clean, bathe daily, especially focusing on cleansing the private area, sometimes using specific cleansing agents. Some of these agents are alkaline, while the vagina is acidic. Regular use of alkaline cleansers can disrupt the vaginal pH balance, reduce antibacterial ability, and increase the risk of gynecological inflammatory issues. Using warm water is sufficient.
