1. Balanitis
If the glans penis has red spots, it may be due to balanitis.
When the glans penis is infected with balanitis, early symptoms include small red spots on the glans penis, and as the symptoms worsen, the red spots may become more pronounced.
2. Phimosis or Paraphimosis
If the glans penis has red spots, it could also be due to phimosis or paraphimosis.
Phimosis makes it difficult to clean the foreskin, leading to the accumulation of smegma, causing inflammation of the local foreskin mucosa.
3. Sexually Transmitted Diseases
Engaging in unhygienic sexual activities or coming into contact with contaminated objects can easily lead to infections.
Initial symptoms may also include red spots on the glans penis.
These pathogens grow and multiply in the foreskin, coronal sulcus, and on the glans penis, stimulating the male glans penis and leading to inflammation, resulting in red spots on the glans penis.
