There are three changes in hand, the liver may not hold up, touch less of two types of food, to make the liver more comfortable.

Must read

There have been three changes on the hands, possibly indicating that the liver is struggling. Avoid certain foods to make the liver more comfortable.

The liver, quietly bearing multiple functions in our bodies, is primarily responsible for identifying every bit of food we consume, immediately detoxifying and eliminating toxins when found, aiding in the digestion and absorption of substances in the intestines, and most importantly, continuously supplying fresh blood to maintain the normal functioning of our bodies.

Although the liver works tirelessly, it never complains. This does not mean that it is immune to illness or fatigue, but more often than not, the liver quietly endures because it lacks sensory nerves in its location. Therefore, even when issues arise, it can be difficult for us to know. This presents a challenge as it is not feasible to monitor the liver’s health daily, but we cannot ignore it either. Hence, we must find alternative methods to assess the liver’s health status. In case of any abnormalities, early detection and targeted measures can be implemented.

Under normal circumstances, the palms of our hands should have a faint pink color. However, if the palms remain red for an extended period without fading, especially with distinct red patches or marks appearing at the base of the palms, it indicates that the liver is under strain. This condition could be liver palms, a precursor to hepatitis or cirrhosis.

Our bodies may have numerous moles, most of which are congenital. Yet, if you suddenly notice a spider-shaped red mole on the back of your hand, it is likely a distress signal from the liver due to decreased function leading to insufficient blood secretion.

Indeed, fingernails serve as indicators of liver health. Smooth, well-colored nails generally suggest good liver condition. However, the presence of varying thickness brown streaks on the nails could imply liver function issues.

As the weather warms up and the hot summer approaches, barbecue season is on the horizon. Barbecuing can cause significant damage to the liver as the hygiene of barbecued ingredients is not guaranteed. Despite high-temperature cooking, thorough sterilization is not ensured. Additionally, the use of numerous seasonings in barbecuing can burden the liver, accelerating its aging and potentially causing liver function decline.

In our country, we are raised with values of thriftiness and frugality. Although our living standards have improved, the habit of being frugal persists. At times, purchasing more food than needed and not consuming it promptly can lead to food mold. It’s common for people to cut away the moldy parts and consume the rest quickly. However, even the non-moldy portions may have been contaminated by aflatoxin, posing significant harm to the liver once ingested and potentially causing liver cell abnormalities.

To ensure a more comfortable liver, it is essential to break unhealthy habits and dietary patterns, acquire knowledge, and develop ways to promptly assess the liver’s health status. Only then can we ensure that the liver performs its duties more effectively.
