60 Ways to Love Yourself (Part 1)
Rather than seeking love from others, we should proactively love ourselves, showering ourselves with care and tenderness, allowing ourselves to live beautifully.
1. Take care of your emotions
Emotions are a choice; many worries are not worth lingering in the heart. Let go of burdens to attain inner freedom.
01. Every morning, give yourself positive affirmations, telling yourself: Today will be a great day.
02. When things don’t go well, don’t rush to complain or get angry, take a deep breath for 30 seconds first.
