An 11-month-old baby shows diverse progress in growth and development. During this period, some children may already be able to take steady steps and start exploring the world, while others may still be learning how to stand firmly, which is a normal phenomenon related to individual differences. Parents need not be overly anxious because each child’s physical condition and developmental pace are different. As long as the overall development meets health standards, there is no need for excessive worry.

The growth indicators for babies are as follows: for boys, the height is approximately between 67.5-83.6 cm, weight around 7.04-13.68 kg, and head circumference is about 42.3-50.2 cm. For girls, the height is around 66.1-82.0 cm, weight 6.71-12.85 kg, and head circumference is around 41.3-49.0 cm.

To support the comprehensive development of babies during this period, nutritional intake is particularly important. Considering that babies have limited stomach capacity, it is recommended to provide nutrient-dense foods, such as a variety of fancy porridge, avoid single liquid or mushy foods, gradually introduce chopped vegetables, small solid foods to promote chewing and swallowing skills. Diet should be scheduled, include a wide variety of vegetables, soy products, and moderate amounts of fish, meat rich in protein, not only enriching the baby’s diet but also naturally seasoning, increasing the attractiveness of food.

Additionally, looking at specific growth data, the average weight for boys is around 10.15 kg, girls around 9.54 kg; average height for boys is 76.58 cm, girls 75.15 cm; head circumference is 46.6 cm and 45.4 cm respectively; chest circumference varies slightly, boys around 46.4 cm, girls around 45.3 cm.
