Women’s sensitivity to emotions and the prominent effect of their psychological state on health are evident, as stress and negative emotions can disrupt intestinal function through the nervous system, leading to constipation.

To address constipation, women need not overly worry; instead, they can alleviate it through some lifestyle adjustments:
– Dietary adjustments: Increase intake of fiber-rich foods such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes to promote intestinal movement.
– Ample water intake: Ensure sufficient daily water intake, at least eight glasses, to soften stools.
– Regular bowel movements: Cultivate a fixed schedule for bowel movements to help regulate intestinal rhythms.
– Moderate exercise: Gentle physical activities like walking, yoga can stimulate intestinal movement.
– Psychological adjustment: Maintain a positive mindset, release stress in a timely manner through activities like meditation and cultivating hobbies.

If the above measures are not effective, seeking help from medical professionals or nutritionists to rule out other potential health issues is recommended.
