How to Make Xiaotian Xiao Yuezi

Must read

In summer, the weather is hot, and the body’s recovery ability is relatively weakened, especially for women who have experienced a miscarriage, proper care is needed. Faced with this situation, how to have a good “postpartum recovery” in summer has become a topic worth paying attention to.

First and foremost, ensure good indoor air circulation and avoid airtight rooms. Open windows in time to let in fresh air, but be careful to prevent the new mother from feeling cold directly. When the air is too humid, you can use air conditioning for dehumidification, maintain indoor humidity at around 55%, and create a comfortable recovery environment. Also, adjust the indoor temperature to around 25°C, neither too hot nor too cold, to ensure the new mother feels comfortable. When using air conditioning or a fan, avoid direct blowing, regularly clean the air conditioner filter to prevent bacterial growth.

Personal hygiene is equally important. Some traditional restrictions like not washing hair or not brushing teeth have no scientific basis. In fact, it is recommended to shower every day to keep the body clean, promote normal sweating, but pay attention to gentle cleaning of the external genitalia, avoid taking sitz baths, and reduce the risk of infection.

In addition, post-miscarriage recovery should not be overlooked. Initially, there should be 2 to 3 days of bed rest, followed by gradually increasing daily activities. During this time, avoid heavy physical labor and contact with cold water to give the uterus at least a month to recover. In terms of diet, increase nutrient intake, especially high-protein foods such as fish, meat, eggs, and soy products, as well as vegetables rich in vitamins, all of which can accelerate the body’s recovery process.

Lastly, since the uterine mouth is not completely closed post-miscarriage and the endometrium is repairing, external genital hygiene is particularly important. It is recommended not to take sitz baths for half a month. Also, during this one-month recovery period, avoid sexual intercourse to prevent infection and ensure smooth and healthy recovery.
