For children under two years old, parents can help improve the situation through simple home care, such as gently massaging the child’s back, pinching the skin on both sides of the spine from bottom to top, and around the navel, massaging the reflex zones of the intestines on the soles of the feet every night before bedtime, all of which help promote the child’s digestion and absorption. Of course, persistence is key.

In winter, considering that fruits are cold in nature and can harm the spleen and stomach, toddlers with poor appetite should reduce their fruit intake. Ensuring a quiet dining environment, avoiding distractions, is also an effective way to improve appetite. Additionally, preparing a comfortable warm bath for the child before meals, using cute tableware, can all increase the child’s enjoyment of meals. Eating a moderate amount of fruits like pineapple, mango, and hawthorn is also a good way to stimulate appetite.

It is worth noting that enhancing a child’s appetite and resistance, a balanced and nutritious daily diet is crucial. Vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals should be a regular feature on the dining table, providing children with the various nutrients needed for growth and aiding them in healthy development.
