The practitioner lies on the ground with their back pressed against the floor, legs slightly opened to the sides, feet flat on the ground, heels touching the floor, elbows bent, palms on the ground beside the torso, fingers pointing downward, bending the knees and drawing the heels towards the back of the thighs, lifting the knee joints upward, engaging the abdominal muscles, tightening and lifting the buttocks, exerting force through the arms, arching the torso upward until both hands and legs are straight, forming a wheel-shaped posture. Adjust the posture, slightly bend the knees, extend the left leg up while keeping it straight, tilt the neck back, and maintain breathing for 15-30 seconds.
2. Horse Riding Stretch
The horse riding stretch is a standing yoga pose that requires the practitioner to open the legs front and back as much as possible to open the hips, squatting down into a horse riding position. During the practice, open the chest, keep the spine upright, retract the shoulder blades, and while squatting, tighten the buttocks inward. Bend the front knee to keep the thigh as parallel to the ground as possible, with the knee of the back leg touching the ground.

The hands rest naturally at the sides of the body, the chin is retracted, and the practitioner’s back may curve slightly backward to maintain balance for 30 seconds.
