1. Drink plenty of water

If you can’t drink warm water, switch to sugar-free drinks, such as Eastern tea leaves, which are better than not drinking at all. Drink at least 2000 milliliters a day, try to drink less or take small sips after 8 pm.

2. Eat more vegetables
