Second, avoid cold drinks. Feeling hot in summer and reaching for a bottle of ice-cold water? When you feel the heat, your body surface temperature may be high, but that doesn’t mean the temperature in your intestines is also high. Cold drinks lower the temperature and can stimulate your digestive organs greatly, causing fat accumulation in that area, leading to obesity.

Third, especially beware of alcoholic beverages, especially beer. The term “beer belly” indicates the impact of beer consumption. If you want a big belly, drinking more beer will definitely achieve that. Beer contains high calories from alcohol and maltose. Also, remember that no one drinks beer directly; it’s usually accompanied by barbecued food and snacks, which are the real culprits causing weight gain.
