Rose leaf jujube tea
Ingredients: 10 red dates, a small handful of rose petals, about 3-4 flowers (it’s best to buy crushed ones for better flavor extraction), 10g hawthorn slices (around 8-10 pieces), 15-20 wolfberries, 25g lotus leaf powder, about three large pinches (if not powdered, use whole lotus leaf), half a lemon: if unavailable, use a quarter of an orange peel (10g) as a substitute, 4-6 white chrysanthemum flowers (a small pinch is equivalent to three fingers’ worth)
Method: 1. Prepare 1800cc of cold water, put red dates, roses, hawthorn, lotus leaf powder, and wolfberries. Chrysanthemum flowers (all these ingredients are dried) together to boil, let it simmer on the stove for about fifteen minutes.
2. Then add sliced lemon, turn off the heat after a minute. Discard everything except the broth.
Usage and Dosage: Drink 1-2 times daily, steep in hot water
