On May 1st this year, the first weight loss and fat reduction competition in Jiangdu District opened, attracting nearly 300 enthusiastic participants, becoming a highly anticipated health event this summer. From August 8 to August 9, participants went in succession to the designated evaluation points of the Jiangdu District Center for Disease Prevention and Control for identity verification and physical fitness assessment. A total of over 200 people participated in the second fitness test. Based on the assessment results before and after the competition, the organizers will rank participants according to their comprehensive scores, ultimately determining the list of winners.

Participant Ms. Zhu shared her weight loss experience. Since participating in the competition, her weight has dropped from 134.4 jin to around 114 jin, and her body fat percentage and waist circumference have also significantly decreased. She admitted that although her starting weight was not very high, she followed the personalized exercise plan provided by the disease control center for her health and to showcase a more perfect figure in the summer, along with the dietary methods suggested by health managers, allowing her to effortlessly achieve her desired body shape.
