Autumn has arrived and the weather is gradually getting cooler, causing many people to feel somewhat fatigued. As the saying goes, “If you don’t supplement in autumn, your strength will be insufficient.” This is a great time to nourish the body. To maintain health during autumn, we can enhance our physical condition and moisten the dryness of the season through our diet.
In this season, ingredients such as beef, fish, yam, and black fungus are very suitable. Beef is rich in protein and iron, which helps to boost physical strength; fish is abundant in high-quality protein and Omega-3 fatty acids, which can enhance immunity; yam has the effect of nourishing the spleen and stomach; while black fungus helps to moisten the lungs and generate fluids. By properly combining these ingredients, we can not only strengthen our bodies but also effectively combat the dryness of autumn.

1. Cut one pound of beef brisket into pieces, blanch them in boiling water, then transfer them to the pot with cold water, adding green onions, ginger slices, and cooking wine to eliminate the gamey smell. After boiling, skim off the foam, remove, and drain the excess water for later use.

3. Prepare one potato and one carrot, peel them, and cut them into chunky pieces. Place them in a bowl with clean water to soak, preventing oxidation and discoloration.
4. Next, heat oil in a pot, add a small handful of rock candy to caramelize. When the color starts to deepen, add the beef brisket, stir-fry for a minute to color it. Then add the tomatoes and stir-fry together, once the juices are released, begin seasoning: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 star anise, 3 bay leaves, 2 pieces of fragrant sand, 4 slices of ginger, and 3 segments of green onions,
