1. Beverages: Carbonated beverages, despite being popular, should be consumed sparingly for kidney health. Some men prefer replacing water with drinks, affecting kidney and liver health.

2. High-salt foods: Men tend to consume salty foods while drinking alcohol. Excessive salt intake burdens the kidneys by retaining sodium in the body, contributing to hypertension.

3. Fried and grilled foods: Many young individuals enjoy fried and grilled foods, which can contain carcinogens due to high-temperature frying. Excessive consumption can impact male kidney function, deteriorating overall health. These foods, rich in fats, tend to accumulate in blood vessels, leading to increased blood lipids.
