Men should engage in abdominal exercises daily. During the exercises, focus all strength and attention on the navel, inhaling deeply to feel a significant reduction in waistline. Over time, this can tighten the abdominal muscles, reducing the belly size. Regularly performing toe-raising exercises by standing with feet together and lifting and relaxing the feet can promote abdominal flexibility. Doing this about 20 times daily can help improve beer belly issues within a month.

Inadequate sleep disrupts hormone balance and metabolism, hindering fat breakdown in the body. Ensure an ample amount of sleep, avoid staying up late, and maintain a regular sleep schedule. Drinking hawthorn and wolfberry tea daily can aid in fat reduction, combating fatigue. Prepare this tea by boiling 15 grams of hawthorn, wolfberry, and white atractylodes. Strain and drink the juice as tea.
