Men often face various social events and dinners in the workplace, and after returning home, they cannot avoid gatherings with friends where they end up drinking alcohol and consuming high-calorie foods that are difficult to digest. This leads to the accumulation of fat in the abdomen, gradually enlarging their belly. To avoid a beer belly, men should reduce their outings and drinking sessions. If it’s unavoidable, here’s a tip: start with soup at gatherings, followed by vegetables, and end with high-quality protein-rich foods like fish or chicken before consuming alcohol.

Lastly, there is natural weight gain. This is something unavoidable as the three hundred billion fat cells in a man’s body tend to grow slightly heavier with age. After the age of thirty, men generally gain some weight due to slower metabolism and decreased hormone secretion, leading to an inevitable increase in waist size. Therefore, men over thirty must actively manage their body shape to prevent obesity. It’s the same as mentioned above: control what you eat and get moving.

In conclusion, male weight gain is not accidental but a result of various factors. If men want to avoid gaining weight, they must actively steer clear of the culprits of weight gain mentioned above.
