4. Strong memory

5. Ideal weight

Both overweight and underweight men are not conducive to health. Maintaining a balanced diet and engaging in appropriate physical exercise help maintain a standard weight. With age, various bodily functions gradually decline. Excess weight or being underweight can disrupt bodily functions and accelerate aging. Therefore, maintaining an ideal weight promotes a youthful body.
