Not paying attention to dietary moderation, frequent overeating, and excessive consumption of high-fat, high-sugar foods may lead to the risk of obesity. When there is a large accumulation of fat substances in the body, and metabolism is disrupted, it can pose a threat to health by causing the formation of diabetes.

Insufficient secretion of insulin in patients, a decline in pancreatic biological function, and a subsequent spike in blood sugar can lead to various adverse symptoms. To stabilize and control blood sugar, the dietary approach needs to be correct, and one should eat to about seventy to eighty percent full at each meal. Furthermore, foods with high sugar content, high fat, and cholesterol should be consumed less to keep diabetes at bay through dietary control.

2. Lack of Exercise

The development of diabetes into a couple’s disease is related to poor lifestyle habits. If both spouses are lazy, do not engage in physical activities, and do not like to exercise, there is a risk of obesity due to insufficient physical activity. Prolonged uncontrolled obesity can lead to changes in hormone levels, metabolic abnormalities, and the development of diabetes.

Diabetes is a metabolic disease, and if the importance of exercising the body is neglected for an extended period, a lack of physical activity can result in the accumulation of fat substances internally, affecting the body. Therefore, active prevention of diseases, maintaining stable blood sugar levels, and regular physical exercise are crucial. Both spouses should cultivate an interest in exercise. 3. Frequent Late Nights

If both spouses enjoy staying up late and regularly go to bed very late, it becomes challenging to maintain good health over time. An average person requires seven to eight hours of sleep per day, which is essential for nurturing the mind and promoting health. If both spouses have bad habits and stay up late regularly, the consequences of late nights can lead to metabolic abnormalities in the body, hormonal imbalances, unstable blood sugar levels, and a decrease in pancreatic function.

If this bad habit can be corrected, detailed sleep plans can be established for both spouses to maintain good health by having adequate sleep each day. Otherwise, a long-term lack of sleep and staying up late will lower resistance, accelerate the aging process, and lead to unstable blood sugar levels with reduced pancreatic function, posing diabetes risks.

In conclusion, diabetes is a chronic disease that should not be underestimated. If the condition is not controlled, both spouses can be affected, resulting in significant weight loss, increased nighttime urination, numbness in the body, and various complications affecting many organs due to severe diabetes.
