Outdoor Sports
My Diary 2024
Outdoor sports, as the most natural way to return to nature and get close to it, have increasingly attracted people’s attention and love. After a week of intense work, let’s return to the embrace of nature on the weekend.
Let’s embark on a fat-burning outdoor sports adventure in the sunshine and gentle breeze.
Are you ready? Let me introduce a few outdoor sports that will help us burn fat and welcome a healthier, more vibrant version of ourselves!
1
Mountaineering
Suitable for: IT professionals who work long hours in dark computer rooms.
Reason: IT workers spend all day in closed computer rooms, plagued by the turbid gas and radiation emitted by computers, leaving them feeling sluggish. If you still remain in the gym on weekends, your skin and body, which have not breathed fresh air for a long time, will protest strongly. Going mountain climbing on weekends allows you to immerse yourself in nature, breathe freely, sweat freely, and throw away the week’s worries and fatigue.
Effect: Mountaineering is an excellent aerobic exercise that promotes metabolism, accelerates blood circulation, improves endurance and leg strength, and enhances cardiovascular function.
2
Cycling
Suitable for: Office workers who spend long hours facing computers.
Reason: In the office, we often sit for an entire day, lacking exercise, which can lead to fatigue. Choosing to cycle on weekends not only allows you to escape from computer radiation and the closed office environment but also lets you enjoy fresh air outdoors, providing a comprehensive relaxation and recovery for both body and mind.
Effect: Cycling is a low-impact aerobic exercise that effectively improves cardiovascular function, enhances leg muscle strength, promotes metabolism, and helps burn excess fat. Additionally, cycling can improve mood and reduce work-related stress, making it a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle choice.
3
Hiking
Suitable for: Those who spend their working hours sedentarily.
Reason: Hiking plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of arteriosclerosis. Walking consistently for over 30 minutes each day for a year can help reduce arteriosclerosis plaques. Unhealthy eating habits lead modern people to consume too much cholesterol, making them prone to arteriosclerosis. Poor blood circulation is caused by blocked channels, which can lead to discomfort and illness. Hiking, as a full-body exercise, mobilizes most of the body’s muscles and bones, enhances metabolic activities, and promotes smooth blood flow, thereby reducing the likelihood of arteriosclerosis.
Effect: Walking for more than 30 minutes not only helps lower blood fat but also increases good cholesterol levels, inhibiting the formation of arteriosclerosis plaques. Regular hiking can reduce blood pressure by 5 mmHg; the lower the blood pressure, the smaller the risk of plaque formation. For those with high blood pressure, hiking is a suitable exercise. Regular hiking helps relieve ischemic heart symptoms or lower blood pressure, alleviating fatigue and promoting a cheerful spirit, as well as reducing feelings of palpitations.
