Why jump rope?
1. Jumping rope has a strong ability to burn fat; if you jump rope at a pace of one minute, you can burn 600-1000 calories in an hour, equivalent to the calories in 3-5 bowls of rice.
2. Fat burning continues after you finish jumping rope, doubling the fat-burning effect.
3. Jumping rope will slim your calves (not make them thick). If your legs appear thicker after jumping rope, it’s due to blood congestion from exercise, which can be resolved with proper stretching after jumping.
4. Ten minutes of jumping rope is equivalent to twenty minutes of jogging or thirty minutes of swimming. Correct jumping rope techniques combined with post-jump stretching can eliminate excess fat in the hips and legs while also training the cardiovascular system, effectively reducing fat.
