Ingredients: 210g chicken breast, 1 cucumber, a small amount of onion

Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 cloves of garlic, a little cilantro, 1 tbsp chili oil, a little sesame oil, a little ginger, 1 tbsp cooking wine

Process:

1. Prepare the ingredients: 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 cucumber, a small amount of onion. Cucumber and onion are excellent weight-loss vegetables, and they taste good when combined.

2. In a pot, add some water, a few slices of ginger, and cooking wine to remove any fishy smell. Boil the chicken breast over high heat and then simmer for about 10 minutes. Check with chopsticks; if no blood comes out, it’s cooked. Don’t cook too long, or it will become tough.

3. Prepare the side ingredients: peel the cucumber and cut it into shreds, and also cut the onion into shreds.

4. Finely chop the garlic and cilantro. Omit the cilantro if you don’t like its taste.

5. Once the chicken breast is cooked, take it out, let it cool slightly, and then shred it along the grain into fine shreds. Doesn’t my chicken breast look tender?

6. Place the shredded chicken breast, cucumber, and onion in a bowl. Add minced garlic and cilantro, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp chili oil, a little sesame oil, and mix well.
