Society is constantly developing, and people are becoming busier, resulting in increased pressure. For many men, even though they are still young, they may experience suboptimal health conditions. One clear manifestation is lack of energy. Some may already have families but are having difficulty conceiving. It’s not fair to solely blame women for this issue. In reality, many seemingly insignificant daily habits of men can easily harm their bodies. Male friends, it’s worth examining yourselves, and if you find any of these habits, it’s crucial to address and change them promptly.

For many men, the pressures of life and work, along with family responsibilities, can be overwhelming. To cope with the stress, many men resort to various methods such as taking hot baths or sauna sessions as common stress-relief practices. While these methods may temporarily alleviate stress, they can significantly impact health negatively. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures, whether from frequent hot baths or saunas, can lower sperm quality and quantity.

Smoking and drinking alcohol are also common stress-relief methods for many men. However, cigarettes and alcohol contain high levels of toxins. Regular smoking and drinking can directly affect sperm quality and quantity, which is why men are advised to abstain from smoking and drinking during the conception process.

Sedentary lifestyle, especially sitting with crossed legs for long periods, whether due to gaming or work-related reasons, can have detrimental effects on men’s health. When adopting this posture, certain body parts experience more pressure and increased temperature, hindering the production of new substances and affecting their activity.

Delaying urination is also an unhealthy habit. Urine contains toxins and bacteria, and holding urine frequently may lead to the body reabsorbing these substances, impacting health.

Anxiety also plays a significant role in this scenario. While it’s a normal stress response, prolonged anxiety can lead to reduced production of happiness-inducing substances in the brain, which is detrimental to overall health.

For men who aim to have better health and abundant energy, it’s essential to break these harmful habits in a timely manner. Learn to release stress through reasonable means, alleviate anxiety, avoid prolonged sitting, crossed legs, and exposure to high temperatures.

Adjustments can also be made to diet and daily routines. Consider consuming foods like oysters, eels, fish maw, Chinese yam, clams, mulberries, etc., to nourish the body. Stay away from smoking, alcohol, overly spicy, oily, and fatty foods; maintain a regular schedule, avoid staying up late, ensure the body receives sufficient rest and recovery, and incorporate moderate exercise, especially for those who tend to be sedentary.

The health of this substance in men’s bodies is closely related to their overall health and reproductive capability. A decline in energy levels and quality or quantity of this substance can have adverse effects on male health. Therefore, by eliminating these habits, one’s health and vitality may improve.
