Therefore, it is safer to wait at least an hour after a meal before driving.

6. Infrequent exercise or overexertion in one session

Due to various reasons, many people don’t exercise regularly. When they finally make time for it, they tend to overdo it, either ending up bedridden for days due to excessive fatigue or injuring their muscles and ligaments. When starting to exercise, the muscles and ligaments are stiff; therefore, excessive force can easily cause muscle or ligament strains. Exercise also has its rules: warm-ups are essential, the intensity of exercise should gradually increase, and attention should be paid to the selection of clothing and shoes. After exercising, muscles can be properly massaged. Don’t overexert yourself in one session; it is better to have consistent exercise routine with around three times a week.

7. Excessive nightlife

The pressures of work and life make many men lean towards nightlife as a form of relaxation, whether it’s partying, karaoke, or late-night snacks. Unfortunately, this rich nightlife often leads to overeating or excessive drinking. This can result in various health issues: the prostate is sensitive to alcohol; intense alcohol stimulation can quickly dilate and congest local blood vessels, leading to prostatitis. Moreover, excessive nighttime eating allows nutrients to linger in the liver, increasing the risk of fatty liver. Therefore, it is crucial to control the frequency of attending evening gatherings in daily life.
