So, what should we eat in the autumn?

Peanuts are undoubtedly a must-have food for many people during barbecues in the summer. With the arrival of autumn, the new peanuts have matured, so we can consume more peanuts.

Peanuts, also known as the “longevity fruit,” grow in many places in our country. Peanuts are usually sown in the spring and harvested in autumn. At this time, many farmers start digging peanuts.

Grown in the soil, peanuts have minimal pesticide hazards, high nutritional value, and are even included in many traditional Chinese medicines. Peanuts are rich in protein, fats, vitamins, as well as nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, and iron, containing substances like choline, carotene, and dietary fiber.

Peanuts can improve brain health, fight aging, and promote children’s bone development. Due to the high calcium content in peanuts, they can promote bone development in young people.

Peanuts can also moisturize the skin and lower cholesterol.

Most importantly, peanuts can prevent tumors. Peanuts contain resveratrol, which is not only a natural chemical preventive agent for tumor diseases but also can prevent and treat atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.

Since peanuts have so much nutritional value, how should we consume them in our daily lives?
