Method:
1. Cut several slits into the tomatoes, place them in a bowl, pour in boiling water to soften, then peel off the skin and cut them into small pieces. Prepare some greens or chopped scallions for seasoning.
2. In a bowl, add a little water and crack three eggs, then add a pinch of salt. Oil can make the egg mixture smoother and more fragrant; beat to combine.
3. In a heated pan with cool oil, add the tomatoes and stir-fry to release their juices. Then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil. Method:
1. Clean the prawns and wash them well; prepare some chopped scallions and chili peppers in advance for seasoning.
2. In a hot pan with cool oil, first add the red chili peppers to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the prawns and stir-fry over high heat for a moment.
