In recent days, a topic titled “The Human Environment Easily Leads to Obesity” has become a hot search. It states that over the past 50 years, humans have generally become increasingly overweight, from the womb to this world, and that the surrounding environment has become a reason for people’s obesity. There are terrifying implications when you think deeply about it; dietary habits, work conditions, living environments, exercise habits, as well as current food and environment all contribute to this outcome.
Because of this, everyone is now talking about weight loss. High-calorie diets, eating late, and high-intensity desk work are all factors leading to obesity. Therefore, losing weight is no longer just about beauty and image; it’s also about health. Adjusting one’s diet reasonably with low-calorie healthy meals has become the most popular and healthiest way to lose weight today.
Recently, I saw Jiang Xin’s “weight loss meals” and secretly tried them for a week, and indeed I was not disappointed; I lost 5 pounds in a week.
Jiang-style Light Breakfast
[Ingredients]
1 egg, 7 large cherries, 1 avocado, 1 slice of whole wheat bread
[Method]
1. Beat 1 egg, add a little salt, stir until even, then pour in a little vegetable oil. Heat the pan to about 70% heat, pour in the beaten egg, and fry until golden for about 1 minute without stirring; once set, you can take it out. After plating, sprinkle a little pepper on top.
2. After peeling the avocado, mash the flesh and spread it on the whole wheat bread. Wash the cherries and plate them; they are rich in iron and dietary fiber, promoting intestinal movement and digestion.
