For those who are trying to lose weight, does eating less and exercising more really work? Anyway, it’s useless for me, and it makes me very frustrated. I feel like I’m working hard to lose weight every day, but the scale doesn’t budge, which makes me lose confidence in weight loss and become very anxious. When facing difficulties, you should learn to seek help from others. That’s why I shared this issue with my fitness coach, telling him about my troubles. He gave me some solutions, which I summarized and adjusted my weight loss plan again. Finally, I lost 5 pounds. Although losing 5 pounds in a week is not as dramatic as others losing 20 pounds, this method is indeed the healthiest and most effective. I hope it can help you too!
Why am I not losing weight by eating less and exercising more?
Weight loss is 70% about diet and 30% about exercise. If you eat right, you will lose weight faster and healthily.

Solutions
1. Diverse exercise plans: Don’t just focus on aerobic exercise or strength training. You should combine both to achieve the effect of losing weight or building muscle daily.
2. Plan to do 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise every day, such as running, elliptical training, spinning, skipping rope, etc. Plan for 3-4 strength training sessions per week, training 2-3 body parts each week. For example, if you work on abs on Monday, you can work on glutes on Wednesday, aiming to train every muscle in your body.
3. Dietary plan: Don’t keep the calorie intake too low; don’t just satisfy yourself with a few apples or vegetables. Make sure you consume enough protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and good fats every day.
4. Losing weight and gaining muscle is a skill that requires thinking. Don’t think of it as just a physical task. Don’t blindly diet or exercise hard without any results. You need to learn to think, adjust your weight loss plan promptly.
These are my conclusions. I don’t know if you have encountered the same situation as me. I hope you can identify any issues with your weight loss plan promptly, make timely adjustments, and finally achieve your weight loss goals.
