Must read

As the saying goes, “Eating white in autumn keeps sickness at bay,” which is the wisdom passed down from our ancestors. 3. Three eggs are enough, after adding a little starch water, whisk them together;

4. When the oil in the pan is hot, pour in the mixture to make an egg pancake, and once cooked, take it out and cut into smaller pieces;

5. Once the yam is cooked, take it out, add a little salt and mash it, then add a spoonful of flour, mix it well, and knead it. If it feels dry, add a little water; if it’s sticky, add some flour until it can be formed into a ball;
