High blood fat’s “source of calamity” has been identified. After the age of 45, even if you still like three types of meat, you should eat less of them.

Must read

Nowadays, more and more people are being diagnosed with high blood fat. The main reason is that living conditions have improved, leading to frequent consumption of fatty foods over time, resulting in an increase in triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood vessels, triggering high blood fat.

Relevant studies have found that the incidence of high blood fat increases after the age of 40, with the peak around the age of 45, and a higher incidence rate after the age of 65. Therefore, as people reach middle age, it is important to pay attention to stabilizing blood fat levels and to consume less of these three types of meats, no matter how much you like them.

The roots of high blood fat have been found. After the age of 45, try to consume these three meats less often:

1. Animal innards

Animal innards are common on dining tables and quite delicious, but it is advisable to consume them less in daily life, especially for individuals over 45 years old. Animal innards like pig liver, pig kidneys, and fatty duck liver have very high cholesterol content. Regular consumption may inevitably lead to high blood fat.

2. Cured meats

Cured meats contain a lot of salt during the curing process. Regular consumption can damage blood vessels. Additionally, the sodium ions in cured meats can stimulate blood vessels, slowing down blood flow. Prolonged consumption can elevate triglycerides and cholesterol levels, thereby increasing the risk of high blood fat.

3. White meat

White meat has a high fat content. Regular consumption can result in excess fat that cannot be metabolized normally and will be absorbed onto the blood vessel walls. This can lead to elevated triglycerides, atherosclerosis, and eventually high blood fat.

So, who are the people that high blood fat “prefers”?

â‘  Those with unhealthy eating habits who enjoy fatty meats and animal innards;

â‘¡ Individuals who do not exercise, are obese;

â‘¢ Those who consistently stay up late, have poor sleep quality;

â‘£ People with irregular meal times, inadequate dietary fiber intake;

⑤ Individuals who smoke and drink heavily over a long period;

â‘¥ Those under prolonged high stress, who are easily agitated;

⑦ Individuals over the age of 40.

After the age of 45, doing these four things well can help stabilize blood fat and may prevent or reduce the risk of high blood fat:

1. Eat more eggplants

To stabilize blood fat, eat more eggplants. Eggplants contain abundant saponins, vitamin P, flavonoids, and other substances that not only lower cholesterol in blood vessels but also clear and protect blood vessels, reducing the likelihood of high blood fat occurrence. Note: Eggplants have a cold nature, so avoid them if you have a weak spleen and stomach.

2. Consume more whole grains

For individuals with high blood fat, it is recommended to consume more whole grains such as turnips, oats, brown rice, millet, corn, Hericium erinaceus, staghorn sumac, chickpeas, etc. Grind these into a powder, mix with boiling water, and drink. This is a dietary therapy from ancient medical books aimed at individuals with high blood fat.

The whole grain powder contains dietary fiber, linoleic acid, saponins, chitin, vitamins E and K, which can help eliminate excess cholesterol, reduce triglycerides and cholesterol levels, clean blood vessels, and prevent high blood fat. It is suitable for individuals with high blood fat.

3. Climb stairs every day

To prevent high blood fat, engage in moderate exercise daily, such as climbing stairs. It is not too strenuous and can provide the benefits of physical activity. It is recommended to climb stairs for about 30 minutes each day, and remember to drink plenty of water while climbing to keep blood vessels clear, which is very helpful for stabilizing blood fat.

4. Stay away from cigarettes and alcohol

Smoking and alcohol consumption not only harm the liver and lung health but also stimulate blood vessels, leading to an accumulation of toxins and waste in the blood vessels, increasing the burden on blood vessels. This can result in higher triglycerides and cholesterol levels, increasing the risk of high blood fat. Therefore, to prevent high blood fat and maintain stable blood fat levels, it is best to stay away from cigarettes and alcohol as much as possible.
