You should eat at least two pounds of vegetables daily; I’ve gotten used to it, and if I skip veggies in a meal, I feel off. If you have slow metabolism like I do, you can buy high-fiber probiotics to mix with water for a smooth cleanse; this can help get you past the plateau quickly.

4. During the menstrual period

Before the menstrual period, there can be cravings for sweets; it’s okay to indulge a bit, but control the amount. Don’t think that eating a lot during this time won’t lead to weight gain!

5. About exercise

Weight loss is 30% exercise and 70% diet. It’s fully possible to lose weight just through diet. I simply don’t love exercising, so those who don’t like to exercise shouldn’t force themselves, but remember: eat more and move more, eat less and move less. If you’ve eaten very little today, don’t get up early to exercise. Eating less and moving more can harm your metabolism. However, if you’ve eaten more today, don’t just give up; a bit of appropriate exercise can also help burn off the excess.
