1. Stir-Fried Beef Tripe with Black Fungus
– Ingredients: Tripe, Black fungus, Minced garlic, Bird’s eye chili.
– Cooking steps:
1. Clean the tripe, boil water in a pot, add cooking wine to remove odor, blanch the tripe, then set aside to drain.
2. Soak and clean the black fungus. Boil water, blanch the fungus, then set aside to drain.
3. Chop garlic, bird’s eye chili, heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and chili, then stir-fry the tripe and scallions over high heat.
4. Season with salt and light soy sauce, continue to stir-fry until well-flavored. Ready to serve.
2. Cilantro Beef
– Ingredients: Beef, Minced garlic, Dried red chili, Chili flakes, Toasted sesame seeds, Chopped cilantro.
– Cooking steps:
1. Clean beef, slice thinly, marinate with cooking wine, starch, soy sauce, and vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
2. Boil water, blanch the marinated beef, then set aside.
3. Sauté minced garlic, dried red chili, chili flakes, and sesame seeds, mix in hot oil, then add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and sugar, stir well.
4. Add chopped cilantro, pour in the sauce, mix with beef until well-coated. Ready to serve.
3. Stir-Fried Broccoli with Chicken Breast
– Ingredients: Broccoli, Chicken breast, Minced garlic, Black pepper.
– Cooking steps:
1. Clean chicken breast, cut into small pieces, marinate with starch, cooking wine, black pepper, soy sauce, and vegetable oil, then set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Cut broccoli into florets, blanch them, then set aside.
3. Sauté garlic, heat oil, add marinated chicken breast, stir-fry until golden, then add garlic to sauté.
4. Stir in blanched broccoli, season with salt and chicken stock, continue to stir-fry until well-flavored. Ready to serve.
