Consuming sweet potatoes regularly can help prevent aging, promote beauty, and skincare. Purple sweet potatoes are rich in fiber, which can stimulate intestinal movements, clear intestinal gas and debris, maintain regular bowel movements, improve gastrointestinal health, and prevent gastrointestinal diseases.

Brown rice
