Instructions: Clean the red dates and goji berries, place them together with the silver ear mushroom in a steaming bowl, add appropriate amount of water, and steam for about 2 hours until the silver ear is soft and chewy. Ingredients: Appropriate amount of black sesame, a few walnuts (shelled), one cup of milk or soy milk, a little honey (optional).
